Out of town for a week! My wife and I will be spending a week with our daughter, her husband and grandson in God's country, Dallas Texas.
Then, I'll close the weekend speaking at Alfred Young's church, Faith Bible in Covington, Louisiana. I get to talk about my favorite subject; the Church, the Bride of Christ. There is no subject I'd rather talk about. Of course, there is the Dallas Cowboys and the Buckeyes...

I am leading a bible study on the book "Bad Girls of the Bible" and the "Bad Girl" we are discussing this week is Lot's wife who turned back and was turned into a pillar of salt. I have been a little baffled by this story and I just wondered if you had any insight that I could share with the girls in my group? Other than the part where the men say "do not turn back" I don't see her disobedient heart leading up to that point. If anyone, I see it in her husband as he begs to escape to the nearby town rather than clear up the mountain. Any thoughts? Thanks!
